When we speak of Joey Roberts, we are speaking of a true mensch — someone who lived with deep joy and sought to share that joy with every person he met. Joey lived a life of service: helping others, caring for others, looking out for others, and always taking the time to listen.

Joey’s passing left a deep hole in our hearts. In response, we established the Joey Roberts Legacy Fund to perpetuate Joey’s legacy of mitzvot, goodness, and kindness. The fund will provide gifts of food and other meaningful support to remind people that they are seen, valued, and cared for. It will also support the Shabbat bags that Joey loved preparing and delivering on Friday afternoons, along with additional projects that continue his spirit of generosity and compassion.
